Terms of Use

The rules for using ZETRAXUS and taking part in the community.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ZETRAXUS (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old; if you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms.

One person may not use multiple accounts to evade a restriction or ban.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the posts, replies, images and other content you publish. By publishing, you grant ZETRAXUS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. This license ends when you delete the content, except where it has been quoted by others or must be retained for legal reasons.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish your content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Community rules

You agree not to post or do any of the following:

  • Illegal content, or content that encourages illegal activity.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech or targeted abuse of any person or group.
  • Sexual or pornographic content, graphic violence or gore, or any content sexualising minors.
  • Personal data of others without consent (doxxing), including addresses, phone numbers or private messages.
  • Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or repetitive/automated posting.
  • Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property.
  • Impersonation of other people, creators or the ZETRAXUS team.
  • Attempts to break, overload or bypass the Platform's security or rate limits.

5. Images and automated moderation

Images you upload are checked automatically by an AI moderation service before they are shown publicly, and may also be reviewed by our moderators. Images that are flagged are rejected and not stored; images that cannot be checked automatically are held for manual review. Automated systems can make mistakes — if you believe an image was rejected in error, contact us.

In Projects, world maps and planet images are additionally checked by AI to make sure they really show a map or a world; unrelated images are rejected. Text in Projects (projects, worlds, lore, characters, suggestions and comments) is checked automatically, and links of any kind — including web addresses, invite links and shortened links — are not allowed there, to prevent advertising and scams.

Nexus and videos: Nexus is the community area (formerly the forum). Links are not allowed in Nexus posts, except links to videos on YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram and TikTok. A member can add such a video to a post. The video is not uploaded to or stored by ZETRAXUS; it is shown with the platform's own player and remains subject to that platform's terms and moderation. To show it in lists, ZETRAXUS keeps a copy of the video's public cover image, which is checked automatically. By sharing a link you confirm that you are allowed to share it. The post is checked automatically like other posts and can be reported, hidden or removed like any post.

Translations: forum topics and replies can be translated into the reader's language on request by an AI service. A translation is a convenience only — the original text written by the member is what counts.

6. Moderation and enforcement

Members can report content. Moderators may edit, hide, lock, pin or remove content, and may warn, restrict or ban accounts that break these Terms, at their reasonable discretion and without prior notice where necessary to protect the community.

6a. Notice and takedown

ZETRAXUS acts as a hosting provider for content posted by members (Law No. 5651, Art. 5): we do not pre-screen every post and are not responsible for member content, but we remove unlawful content once we are notified of it. Anyone — member or not — can notify us with the Report button on any post, image or profile, or by email to privacy@zetraxus.com. Please include a link to the content and the reason. We review notices promptly and remove content that is unlawful or breaks these Terms.

The author of a post is solely responsible for it. We keep the account and technical records that the law requires and share them with authorities only when legally obliged to.

6b. Shop — digital sales

The Shop sells digital goods only: official ZETRAXUS digital books (written and published by ZETRAXUS — only the founder can publish them, and they are the only items that can be paid for in USD), and projects, worlds, lore and character designs that members list for ZETAX. Only the owner of a project (or the author of a single world, lore entry or character) can list it, only while it is private, and for at least 100 ZETAX. Every member listing is reviewed and scored by our moderation team before it goes live (“In moderation”); we may reject a listing without giving detailed reasons, and edits to a live listing send it back to review. Buyers get permanent online access to the purchased project (or permanent access to read the purchased book on ZETRAXUS, in each language it is published in — books are read on the site and cannot be downloaded) for personal use; buying does not transfer copyright or any right to republish, resell or redistribute the content.

Card payments are processed by Whop in a secure checkout form that is shown inside our pages; the form belongs to Whop, and we never see or store card details. Payments in USDT (TRC20 or Solana network) are processed by Cryptomus once that option is opened. Payments are only ever made to ZETRAXUS — for ZETAX or for official ZETRAXUS books. Prices are set in US dollars. ZETAX is sold in fixed packages (from USD 2 = 200 ZETAX; larger packages include bonus ZETAX, shown before you pay). For security, purchases have daily limits, and a payment that looks unusual may be held for a manual check before it is credited. All sales are final: ZETAX and digital items are not refunded. If a payment is disputed or charged back, what was bought with it is taken back and the account is closed. Member content is unlocked with ZETAX only. When a buyer does not have enough ZETAX, they can buy the smallest ZETAX package that covers the missing amount (at least USD 2) by card and the content is then unlocked with ZETAX automatically; any extra ZETAX stays in their wallet. Of every member sale, 90% is credited to the creator in ZETAX immediately and 10% is burned (removed from circulation). Creators never receive money from ZETRAXUS or from buyers — only ZETAX, which cannot be withdrawn or cashed out. Official ZETRAXUS books are sold by ZETRAXUS itself.

Before listing, every creator must confirm: “Gönderdiğim bu içeriğin (lore, metin, karakter vb.) tüm telif ve mülkiyet haklarına sahip olduğumu; çalıntı, izinsiz veya üçüncü taraf haklarını ihlal eden içeriklerden doğabilecek her türlü idari, hukuki, maddi ve cezai sorumluluğun DOĞRUDAN VE TEK MUHATAP OLARAK BANA AİT OLDUĞUNU; içeriğin yalnızca ZETAX ile satılacağını, satışlardan bana yalnızca ZETAX verileceğini (satış tutarının %90’ı; %10’u yakılır), ZETAX’ın hiçbir şekilde paraya çevrilemeyeceğini veya çekilemeyeceğini (yalnızca site içinde, satış ve hediye gibi özelliklerle üyeler arasında el değiştirebileceğini); sitede USD veya başka bir para biriminin kazanılamayacağını, çekilemeyeceğini ve başkasına aktarılamayacağını, bana hiçbir para (USD veya başka bir para birimi) ödemesi yapılmayacağını ve dijital içeriklerde alıcıya iade yapılmayacağını okudum, kabul ediyorum.” (I confirm that I own all copyright and ownership rights to this content; that I alone am directly responsible for any administrative, legal, financial or criminal liability arising from stolen, unauthorised or infringing content; that it is sold for ZETAX only; that I receive only ZETAX — 90% of the price, 10% is burned; that ZETAX can never be cashed out or withdrawn and only changes hands inside the site (sales, gifts); that no one can earn, withdraw or transfer USD or any other money on the site; that I will never be paid money in USD or any other currency; and that digital content is not refundable.) Listings accepted under the earlier version of this confirmation remain valid and are switched to ZETAX-only.

Creators are independent and remain responsible for their content; ZETRAXUS reviews and hosts member content and runs the ZETAX unlock flow as a hosting provider, and does not guarantee the quality, completeness or suitability of member content.

Official ZETRAXUS books may be paid in USD, in ZETAX or split between them at the fixed rate (1 USD = 100 ZETAX); at least USD 1 of a split payment must be paid by card. Only buyers who purchased a product can rate it (1–5 stars) and review it. Purchased book files are delivered through single-use download links that expire after 10 minutes.

6b-1. ZETAX — the platform’s virtual currency

ZETAX is the only virtual currency of ZETRAXUS. It has a fixed internal value of 1 USD = 100 ZETAX. You can buy ZETAX through our payment provider or earn it: every like your content receives from an eligible member gives you 1 ZETAX. To prevent abuse, rewards are only paid for likes from accounts with a verified email address that are at least 24 hours old, not from the same network or device as you, and within daily limits; we may reverse rewards obtained through fake accounts, like exchanges or other manipulation and suspend the accounts involved.

ZETAX is a closed-loop licence to use platform features — it is not money, e-money, a deposit, a security or a crypto-asset. ZETAX can only be used on ZETRAXUS (to unlock content, for boosts and for gifts). Inside ZETRAXUS it changes hands between members only through the site’s own features: when you buy member content the seller receives ZETAX, and members can send each other gifts (see below). It can never be withdrawn, cashed out, exchanged back into money or moved outside ZETRAXUS, and purchased ZETAX is not refundable. Money is different: no member can earn, receive, withdraw or transfer USD (or any other currency) on ZETRAXUS — USD is only ever paid by members to ZETRAXUS (ZETAX top-ups, official books and card-paid boosts). ZETAX earned from sales (90% of each member sale; 10% is burned) is exactly the same — it is never paid out. Selling ZETAX or accounts for money outside ZETRAXUS is forbidden and may lead to account closure. ZETAX may be forfeited if an account is closed for breaching these Terms.

Gifts: members can send fixed ZETAX gifts (Star, Comet, Planet, Supernova, Galaxy, Black Hole) to a thread, project, world, lore entry, character or shop item. The ZETAX leaves the sender’s balance immediately and reaches the creator 48 hours later. Gifts are voluntary, final and not refundable; they buy nothing and give the sender no rights over the content. Received gifts are ordinary ZETAX: they can only be spent on ZETRAXUS and can never be withdrawn or turned into money. During the 48 hours our moderators may cancel a gift connected to fraud, linked accounts, abuse or a breach of these Terms (the ZETAX then goes back to the sender); if the recipient’s account is banned or deleted before delivery, the gift is returned to the sender. Gifts between linked accounts are not allowed.

Bonus ZETAX and coupon codes: your first ZETAX purchase receives extra ZETAX (currently 20%), and ZETRAXUS may publish coupon codes that add extra ZETAX to one purchase. A bonus only changes how much ZETAX the buyer receives for the same payment — it never changes the ZETAX price of any content or what a creator receives from a sale. Bonuses are not combined: when both apply, only the larger one is given and the coupon stays unused. A coupon can be used once per member and may have a minimum package, a limited number of uses and an end date. The first-purchase bonus is given once per person, not once per account. The bonus shown before you pay is confirmed when the payment completes. Bonus ZETAX is ordinary ZETAX: it cannot be withdrawn, and if the payment is reversed it is taken back together with the purchased ZETAX. We may change or end bonuses and coupons at any time for future purchases.

Daily rewards: members can collect a small daily ZETAX reward that grows over seven days in a row (1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3, 5 — then it starts again; a missed day starts the row again), and 1 ZETAX for each of three daily missions (like a piece of content, write a comment, share something that stays published). Days follow Türkiye time, and a reward that is not collected on its day is lost. Daily rewards require a verified e-mail address and an account that is at least 24 hours old, and are given once per person per day — not once per account.

Invitations: every member has a personal invitation link. When a person who is new to ZETRAXUS joins through it and becomes a real member — verified e-mail address, an account at least 3 days old and real activity that stayed published after moderation — the inviter receives 25 ZETAX and the new member receives 10 ZETAX after a further waiting period of 48 hours. Inviting yourself, accounts on your own device or network, or people who already have an account does not count; daily and monthly limits apply. Daily and invitation rewards are a gift from ZETRAXUS, not something we owe: we may change their amounts or end them at any time, and we may cancel or take back rewards obtained through fake or linked accounts, automated activity or other manipulation and suspend the accounts involved.

6b-2. Boosts

Members can boost their own public topics, projects, creations and active Shop listings, either with ZETAX or by paying ZETRAXUS directly by card (whole US dollars, $1 to $1,000). You choose an amount and a number of days; the daily rate (amount ÷ days) decides how high the content is ranked while the boost runs, and several boosts on the same content add up. A boost paid directly by card counts 1.75 times the same amount in ZETAX (US$1 counts like 175 ZETAX); ZETRAXUS may change this factor for future boosts. A boost only changes ordering and visibility — it does not guarantee views, likes or sales. Boosts start as soon as the payment is confirmed, are consumed when they start and are not refundable, including if the content is later removed for breaching these Terms. Spent ZETAX is removed from circulation.

6c. No refunds, no disputes module

All Shop products are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before paying, every buyer must confirm: “Satın aldığım ürünün anında indirilebilir/erişilebilir dijital içerik niteliğinde olduğunu, ödeme tamamlandığı an içeriğe erişim sağlandığı için 6502 sayılı Kanun ve uluslararası mevzuat uyarınca CAYMA VEYA İADE HAKKIMIN BULUNMADIĞINI, bu satışın nihai olduğunu okudum, kabul ediyorum.” (I confirm that the product is instantly downloadable/accessible digital content, that because access is provided as soon as payment completes I have no right of withdrawal or refund under Law No. 6502 and international regulations, and that the sale is final.)

Accordingly — and in line with Art. 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation for digital content delivered instantly with the consumer's approval — there is no right of withdrawal, cancellation or refund once a purchase is completed. The Platform has no buyer–creator messaging, support ticket or refund dispute module; a purchase is final (“pay – access – done”). This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by mandatory law (for example if a payment was taken but access was never delivered because of a technical fault on our side).

6d. Wallet — no money payouts

Since 29 September 2026 creators earn ZETAX only, and nothing can be withdrawn from ZETRAXUS: there are no money payouts, and ZETAX can never be paid out. The rules below applied only to USD earned before that date. Previously: only USD earned from sales could be withdrawn — never ZETAX. Creators could withdraw their USD wallet balance once it reaches the minimum for the chosen method: USD 20 for crypto (USDT – TRC20), Wise and local bank transfer (IBAN); USD 50 for international bank transfer (SWIFT). Every payout must be approved by an administrator. Network and transfer fees are deducted from the amount withdrawn. Payout requests are reviewed and sent manually; we may hold or refuse a payout connected to fraud, a chargeback, a copyright claim or a breach of these Terms, and may ask for information required by law (for example identity or tax details). Creators are responsible for declaring their own income and paying their own taxes.

7. Platform content

The ZETRAXUS name, logo, design and software are owned by ZETRAXUS and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Content published by members reflects their own views, not ours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZETRAXUS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or damages arising from content posted by other members.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Platform at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
